About the author

Raed Saber Elaydi

the best you can with what you got

I write about accepting, being accountable, and doing the best you can with what you got — the Best You Can Trilogy and Startup Anarchist. A management scholar and executive coach, for nearly thirty years I have advised CEOs, founders, and senior leaders on the moments that don't go to plan.

Raed Saber Elaydi

A long attention to doing the best you can with what you got.

Raed Saber Elaydi, PhD, is a management scholar and executive coach. Since 2002 he has taught strategy and entrepreneurship at four R1 universities — Texas A&M, UNC Chapel Hill, the University of Illinois at Chicago, and Roosevelt University.

The Best You Can Trilogy was written across twelve years out of that classroom and advisory work — a practice for accepting what happened, staying accountable, and doing the best you can with what you got. Startup Anarchist turns the same attention on how we organize power at all.

He founded RAED Press to publish the work, and lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
